Cebu CFI Community Cooperative is seeking a dynamic Membership Relations Office Personnel to join our team in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte. In this role, you will be the primary driver of member acquisition, crafting innovative marketing campaigns, and implementing strategies that expand our cooperative’s reach and impact.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to translate our mission into actionable plans, engaging both current and prospective members through a mix of digital and offline channels. By analyzing market trends and member feedback, you’ll refine outreach initiatives, organize community events, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
Key responsibilities include designing compelling promotional materials, managing social media outreach, coordinating with internal departments, and tracking membership metrics. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a genuine enthusiasm for financial inclusion and cooperative values.
As a Membership Relations Office Personnel, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate member records, preparing periodic reports on membership growth, and collaborating with the marketing team to align brand messaging with cooperative objectives. Your insights will directly influence our strategic direction, making this a pivotal role within the organization.
In addition, you’ll mentor junior staff, participate in community outreach programs, and represent the cooperative at local events and forums. The position offers a clear career path toward senior marketing or community management roles, supported by regular training sessions and mentorship from experienced leaders.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive member recruitment campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
- Design, produce, and manage promotional materials, including social media content, flyers, and newsletters.
- Conduct market research and analyze member data to identify target audiences and optimize outreach strategies.
- Organize and attend community events, workshops, and partnership meetings to raise cooperative visibility.
- Maintain accurate member records and generate reports on membership growth and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align brand messaging and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of membership processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or member recruitment, preferably within a cooperative or financial institution.
- Strong command of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic graphic design software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Passion for community development and understanding of cooperative principles.
- Willingness to travel within Dipolog City and surrounding areas as needed.
