Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and qualify new membership leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct personalized product presentations and sales demonstrations to potential clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with members to ensure high retention rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets set by management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new members to ensure a seamless transition.
- Track and record all sales activities and member interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, account management, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing to work in Lipa City, Batangas.
