Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional product presentations and facility tours for prospective members.
- Convert incoming leads and walk-ins into paid memberships using effective sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads via phone and email to nurture sales opportunities.
- Stay updated on fitness industry trends and product features to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and membership packages.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on commission-based pay.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Valid Malaysian identification card (MyKad).
