Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct intake interviews and diagnostic assessments to identify client mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment and recovery plans.
- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to support clients through emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and detailed electronic health records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other medical professionals to provide holistic care.
- Lead or facilitate therapeutic support groups as required.
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology.
- Valid professional license (RPm or RGC) preferred.
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence and professional ethics.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time, fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proven ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
