Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate comprehensive mental health care plans for a diverse patient population.
- Facilitate communication between patients, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals.
- Monitor patient progress, medication compliance, and treatment outcomes via our tele-health platform.
- Conduct virtual triage to assess patient needs and escalate clinical concerns to physicians when necessary.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medication side effects, and self-care strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and other data privacy regulations.
- Participate in clinical team meetings to discuss complex cases and improve service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing.
- Strong understanding of tele-health operations and virtual care delivery models.
- Proven ability to manage patient care plans and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High level of proficiency with EMR systems and remote work productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
