Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool and primary students.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and curiosity.
- Observe and assess student progress regularly to provide constructive feedback and personalized support.
- Plan and conduct interactive activities, including arts and crafts, science experiments, and group games.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s daily progress and behavioral development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to maintain a cohesive curriculum and share best practices.
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, organized, and conducive to growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Primary Education.
- Previous experience in a teaching or mentoring role within a preschool or primary setting is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both children and parents.
- Ability to work full-time and adapt to a dynamic school schedule.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and educational technology tools.
