Lippo Karawaci, a premier and award-winning property developer, is actively seeking highly skilled, dedicated, and detail-oriented professionals to join our dynamic engineering team as an MEP / Civil / Infrastructure Inspector. We are currently expanding our portfolio with state-of-the-art highrise developments and premium landed house projects in the Tangerang area.
In this critical quality assurance role, you will serve as the frontline supervisor on our active construction sites. Your primary mission will be to ensure that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, structural civil works, and surrounding infrastructure developments strictly adhere to approved blueprints, technical specifications, and industry safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of construction methodologies, a keen eye for identifying structural or system discrepancies, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale residential or commercial projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and senior engineers to monitor daily progress, verify material quality, and ensure timely, defect-free project handovers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily on-site inspections of MEP, Civil, and Infrastructure installations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor contractor performance and verify that construction methodologies align with project schedules and safety protocols.
- Review and interpret complex construction blueprints, shop drawings, and technical schematics.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports, documenting progress, material usage, and any identified defects.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and design discrepancies promptly.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming construction materials and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Witness and document system testing, commissioning, and final handover processes for MEP and structural integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Construction Inspector, specifically within large-scale landed house or highrise building projects.
- Strong technical expertise in MEP systems, structural concrete works, and infrastructure development.
- Highly proficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting complex architectural and engineering blueprints.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations (K3), and construction industry best practices.
- Willing to be stationed on-site in Karawaci, Tangerang, and able to work under pressure to meet strict project deadlines.
