As an MEP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems from design through to final handover.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to bridge the gap between technical engineering and on-site construction management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with contractors, sub-contractors, and the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage all MEP-related activities with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and material samples for MEP works.
- Monitor on-site construction progress, ensuring compliance with architectural designs and engineering specifications.
- Liaise effectively with the Project Manager, architects, and structural engineers to resolve technical issues and coordinate interdisciplinary workflows.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Manage the procurement and installation schedules for MEP materials and systems.
- Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are strictly followed on site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP coordination or project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD and BIM software (Revit) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is a plus.
