Tanggung Jawab
- Create high-quality 3D BIM models for MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate designs with other disciplines (structural, architectural) to resolve conflicts early in the process.
- Generate accurate 2D drawings, sections, and details from 3D models for construction documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of technical specifications, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Utilize Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD to ensure all design standards and industry codes are met.
- Participate in design reviews and provide BIM-related technical support to the wider project team.
- Ensure model organization, naming conventions, and data integrity are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeller or Engineer within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
- Strong understanding of MEP design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards project coordination.
