- Prepare and develop detailed MEP design drawings in accordance with project requirements and industry standards
- Review construction drawings for technical accuracy, compliance with codes, and feasibility of implementation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and provide technical guidance for MEP system implementation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare technical specifications and documentation for MEP systems and equipment
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure proper installation and functionality of MEP systems
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in MEP design
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP design for construction projects
- Proficiency in MEP design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills
- Good understanding of construction processes and project management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
