Staff Domain Inc is seeking a highly skilled MEP Designer to join our Cebu-based offshore team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design solutions for complex international projects.
As an MEP Designer, you will work closely with our Australia-based counterparts, ensuring that all designs adhere to Australian standards (AS/NZS) and project specifications. We are looking for an individual who is technically proficient, proactive, and capable of translating design concepts into accurate technical drawings. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed MEP design documentation, including layout drawings, schematics, and schedules for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Collaborate with international lead engineers to refine design concepts and troubleshoot project-specific technical challenges.
- Ensure all design outputs strictly comply with Australian engineering standards and building codes.
- Utilize advanced BIM/CAD software to create 3D models and 2D documentation.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination between MEP services and structural/architectural elements.
- Provide technical support during the design development and construction documentation phases.
- Maintain project schedules and meet delivery deadlines for offshore stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in MEP design, preferably within a consultancy or project-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) is essential.
- Solid understanding of international building standards and engineering principles.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for effective collaboration with offshore teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform under minimal supervision.
- Prior experience working with Australian-based clients or firms is highly desirable.
