As an MEP Drafter, you will be responsible for transforming engineering concepts into detailed, workable technical drawings. Your work will directly impact the successful implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in large-scale developments. We are looking for a candidate who is not only proficient with drafting software but also possesses a deep understanding of how various building systems integrate.
This position offers a competitive salary range of Rp 5.700.000 to Rp 7.000.000 per month. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Collaborate closely with Engineers and Architects to ensure design accuracy and resolve discipline conflicts.
- Create and update as-built drawings based on field changes and site inspections.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Manage drawing revisions and maintain organized digital and physical project archives.
- Perform site measurements and verification to ensure drafting accuracy matches actual site conditions.
- Support the project management team in preparing technical documentation for submittals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an MEP Drafter in the construction or engineering industry.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and BIM software (Revit MEP).
- Comprehensive understanding of MEP system components and installation procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural blueprints.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
