Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D/3D MEP drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with local/international codes
- Develop technical specifications for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary documentation with architects and structural engineers
- Review and revise drawings based on project feedback and regulatory requirements
- Maintain organized drawing libraries and version control systems
- Conduct site visits to verify field conditions and resolve design conflicts
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of MEP drafting experience with AutoCAD/Revit proficiency
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards
- Portfolio demonstrating complex MEP project documentation
- Ability to interpret engineering schematics and translate into construction drawings
- Excellent attention to detail with precise dimensioning and annotation skills
- Effective communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
