Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings and schematics using CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers to develop system designs that meet project specifications
- Update and revise technical drawings based on design changes and feedback
- Ensure all documentation complies with local building codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve technical discrepancies on-site
- Prepare material take-offs and coordinate with procurement teams
- Maintain accurate version control of all project drawings and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of MEP drafting experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar CAD software
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction methodologies
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes (SNI) and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
