Gain City Group is seeking a dedicated and skilled MEP Drafter cum Site Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Tampines. As an MEP Drafter cum Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings while managing site operations. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve issues, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Coordinate site activities, ensuring smooth communication between contractors, engineers, and project managers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work aligns with approved plans.
- Resolve technical queries and provide on-site support during the construction phase.
- Update project documentation, including as-built drawings and progress reports.
- Ensure all site activities comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding material requirements and site logistics.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related drafting field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in MEP drafting and site coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar BIM software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid work pass and willingness to work in Tampines, East Region.
