Join Anradus as an MEP (Electrical) BIM Modeler and play a vital role in the digital transformation of engineering projects. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining highly detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems, encompassing lighting, power distribution, ELV, and fire alarm networks. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring design accuracy, facilitating seamless coordination between disciplines, and delivering high-quality construction documentation.

You will collaborate closely with project engineers and architects to interpret complex design requirements and translate them into precise digital representations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 3D BIM models for electrical systems, including lighting, power, ELV, and fire alarm.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate closely with Mechanical, Plumbing, and Structural teams.
- Generate accurate 2D drawings, schedules, and bill of materials (BOM) directly from the 3D model.
- Ensure all models strictly comply with relevant industry codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to implement design changes and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Update and revise models as the project scope evolves or during construction coordination phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Revit with specific experience in MEP Electrical modeling.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage (ELV), fire alarm, and power distribution.
- Experience with coordination processes, clash detection, and fabrication drawing preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications.
