We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team at PT. Kaliabang Jaya Pratama. As a key technical leader, you will oversee and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects to ensure alignment with specifications, quality standards, project timelines, and occupational safety protocols. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure excellence in Jakarta Raya's thriving construction landscape.
Your responsibilities will include supervising MEP installations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, optimizing resource allocation, and maintaining rigorous quality control measures. You will serve as the technical liaison between contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders, resolving complex engineering challenges while maintaining project momentum. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate MEP project activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project schedules
- Monitor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations to verify adherence to design requirements and safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery
- Enforce occupational safety standards and maintain compliance with local and national regulations
- Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and compliance certificates
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for MEP components
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance to project teams
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure system reliability and performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering with project supervision responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, standards, and best practices in Indonesia
- Certification in MEP engineering or project management (e.g., PMP) preferred
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with ability to coordinate diverse teams
- Familiarity with project management software and MEP design tools
- Demonstrated commitment to occupational safety and quality assurance standards
