Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing/fire protection.
- Conduct site assessments and provide technical support during the installation phase to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Ensure all MEP designs adhere to local Indonesian building codes, SNI, and relevant international safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall building plans.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, reports, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for project estimations.
- Monitor system performance, perform troubleshooting, and recommend energy-saving modifications or upgrades.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all site work meets high-quality assurance benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in MEP design or site engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard MEP modeling software.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations and technical standards (SNI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating with cross-functional project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
