China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the planning, execution, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure they meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
Our ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a strong background in construction engineering. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical design and on-site implementation, ensuring that all MEP systems are installed correctly and function seamlessly. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) on site.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and MEP coordination drawings.
- Ensure strict compliance with local Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international engineering standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate effectively with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
- Prepare daily reports, progress reports, and technical documentation as required by the project manager.
- Manage the procurement process for MEP materials and equipment in collaboration with suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Plumbing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP design, construction supervision, or project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software.
- Strong knowledge of SNI (Indonesian National Standard) requirements for MEP works.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Valid driving license (SIM A).
