We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to join our expanding team in Pecatu. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our high-end property portfolios, ensuring that all building systems operate at peak performance to provide our guests with an exceptional experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across multiple properties.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Lead preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building equipment.
- Manage external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or large-scale installations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot MEP system failures rapidly to ensure uninterrupted guest services.
- Prepare detailed technical reports on energy consumption, maintenance costs, and system performance.
- Ensure all facilities meet local building regulations and international hospitality safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in MEP engineering, preferably within the hospitality or property management sector.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and international safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical diagrams.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
