Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the MEP design process, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, for various construction projects.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of building systems.
- Perform detailed calculations and technical analysis to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Optimize systems for energy efficiency and sustainability, aligning with modern environmental standards.
- Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders regarding regulatory approvals and inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (MEP specialization).
- Proven experience in MEP design and construction supervision, preferably within the Bali region.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of local building regulations and Indonesian national standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to project sites.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
