Are you a skilled Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineer seeking a challenging opportunity with a leading real estate developer in Indonesia? Lippo Karawaci is currently looking for a dedicated MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cikarang. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the planning, design, and supervision of complex building systems that power our iconic developments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and review detailed MEP drawings, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, using AutoCAD or Revit.
- Conduct site inspections and supervision to ensure construction quality and adherence to technical specifications.
- Prepare and manage technical documentation, including BOQs (Bill of Quantities), specifications, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with local Indonesian regulations (SNI) and Lippo Karawaci’s internal quality standards.
- Perform feasibility studies and value engineering to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian building codes and safety regulations.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
