We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team for industrial construction projects. This hands-on role requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems coordination within complex industrial environments. You will be responsible for translating design specifications into executable plans, ensuring seamless integration of MEP systems while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and project timelines. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and coordinate MEP systems for industrial projects using AutoCAD/BIM tools
- Oversee on-site execution of MEP installations ensuring compliance with technical specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain project standards
- Manage technical documentation including drawings, reports, and as-built records
- Resolve site conflicts through proactive coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets while mitigating risks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of MEP engineering experience in industrial/construction projects
- Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
