Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for various building projects
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for MEP systems
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems into overall building design
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction and installation phases
- Perform energy analysis and recommend sustainable solutions for MEP systems
- Manage project documentation, including technical reports, permits, and compliance records
- Stay updated on the latest technologies, materials, and best practices in MEP engineering
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering for building projects
- Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations
- Experience with sustainable building practices and energy-efficient systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Professional engineering license or certification is preferred
