Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical installations, and plumbing infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure minimal operational downtime
- Implement and monitor K3L (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and facility improvements
- Prepare technical documentation, including maintenance reports, system diagrams, and compliance records
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend system upgrades and improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, and plumbing infrastructure
- Familiarity with K3L (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) regulations and safety standards
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of complex systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams
