Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and review Mechanical (HVAC, fire protection), Electrical (power distribution, lighting), and Plumbing (water supply, drainage) systems for various building projects.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates for MEP systems in compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Coordinate MEP system designs with architectural, structural, and other discipline drawings to ensure seamless integration and resolve potential clashes.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor installation progress, and provide technical support during construction phases to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.
- Evaluate and select appropriate materials, equipment, and technologies for MEP systems, considering efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings, communicate effectively with project teams, and manage client expectations regarding MEP scope and delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and building codes related to MEP systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as an MEP Engineer, preferably within the building construction or consulting industry.
- Proficiency in relevant design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, ETABS, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., SNI, ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, plumbing codes).
- Demonstrated experience in the design and coordination of HVAC, fire protection, power distribution, lighting, water supply, and drainage systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
