PT Rapik Karya Mandiri is currently seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient MEP Engineer to join our construction team in Jakarta Timur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our projects, from initial design concepts to on-site execution. You will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are integrated seamlessly, operate efficiently, and adhere to the highest safety and quality standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) designs for diverse construction projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure MEP systems align with architectural and structural plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure installation quality meets design specifications and building codes.
- Manage technical documentation, including blueprints, schematics, and material specifications.
- Oversee on-site subcontractors to ensure compliance with project timelines and safety protocols.
- Monitor the testing and commissioning of MEP systems to ensure optimal functionality before handover.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks during the construction phase to prevent project delays.
- Maintain detailed progress reports and update stakeholders on project milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in MEP engineering within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and MEP design tools.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian building standards, safety regulations, and electrical codes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage site operations.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering blueprints.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is considered a significant advantage.
