Tanggung Jawab
- Design and draft comprehensive MEP systems for residential and commercial architectural projects.
- Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within building designs.
- Perform calculations and prepare technical specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor installation quality, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design drawings.
- Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations for MEP components.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure material quality and project timelines are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable building practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in MEP design and consultancy, preferably in the architectural or construction sector.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within the Bali region.
