PT Tirta Asa Mulia is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of building systems to ensure optimal efficiency, safety, and operational excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical activities on-site, ensuring all MEP systems are integrated seamlessly into our projects. You will act as the technical lead for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring full compliance with national building codes and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship quality and compliance with design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems during project execution and operation phases.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
- Monitor equipment performance and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Manage MEP documentation, including shop drawings, as-built plans, and technical submittals.
- Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards (K3) and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP field coordination or facility management.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using CAD software.
- Deep understanding of local building codes and MEP system design standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage site sub-contractors effectively.
- Willingness to be based in Surabaya and manage on-site operations.
