Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and health standards.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and installation projects.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance plans for all managed assets.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical malfunctions, providing effective, long-term solutions.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for project stakeholders.
- Ensure all installations meet local regulations and project specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical certification).
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in MEP roles within property management or construction.
- Strong understanding of electrical diagrams, piping schematics, and mechanical system layouts.
- Proficiency in local Indonesian building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
