Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of MEP systems for construction and renovation projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
- Coordinate closely with architects, general contractors, and other engineering disciplines to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations strictly comply with Indonesian building codes and local regulations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and cost estimates.
- Manage project resources and budgets effectively to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor the installation of HVAC, electrical wiring, and plumbing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in MEP engineering or property management.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian building regulations (Permen PU) and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
