Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor MEP engineering teams in planning, executing, and optimizing facility maintenance operations
- Coordinate technical repairs and system upgrades for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure
- Develop preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment lifespan and operational efficiency
- Oversee project implementation from design to completion within budget and timeline constraints
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with F&B operations teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Analyze system performance data to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Manage vendor relationships and technical procurement for MEP components
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of MEP engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in F&B or hospitality facility management systems
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM modeling, and facility management software
- Certification in MEP systems or project management (e.g., PMP) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and energy efficiency standards
