Bali Super Host is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pecatu. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of infrastructure and facility management for our exclusive properties. As an MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely to provide a seamless experience for our guests and staff.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, technically proficient, and passionate about building maintenance. You will work closely with our operations team to implement preventive maintenance schedules, manage renovations, and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee and coordinate MEP installation projects, including new constructions and renovations at Pecatu properties.
- Diagnose and repair technical faults in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and technical resources for efficient operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with external contractors and vendors for specialized technical services.
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance logs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably within the hospitality or villa management industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar technical drawing software.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel to various property locations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong communication skills are essential.
