We're urgently seeking an experienced MEP Engineering & Quantity Surveyor to strengthen our project delivery team. In this hybrid role, you'll oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while managing cost estimation and contractual documentation. This position offers the opportunity to work on landmark developments in Indonesia's premier tourism destination, combining technical expertise with financial acumen. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet budgetary constraints, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, review, and supervise MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) for construction projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare monthly financial reports
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to optimize costs
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project milestones
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering and quantity surveying
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and cost estimation software
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and construction standards
- Experience with contract administration and tender processes
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Certification in project management (PMP) or quantity surveying preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
