Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed material take-offs and labor estimates for various construction projects.
- Identify potential risks, material requirements, and cost-saving opportunities during the estimation phase.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure accurate pricing and availability of materials.
- Develop and maintain a database of material costs and subcontractor rates.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular reports on cost variances.
- Ensure all estimates comply with local building codes and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (preferably with a focus on Construction Management).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an MEP Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficient in estimation software such as Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment under tight deadlines.
