Tanggung Jawab
- Design and coordinate MEP systems for commercial and industrial construction projects
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction phase
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project requirements
- Manage MEP documentation including BIM models and as-built drawings
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability in system designs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of MEP engineering experience in construction
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Immediate availability to start work
- Must provide personal laptop for work purposes
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design software
- Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and standards
