PT. Aegis Jaya Metalindo is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented MEP Officer to join our expanding team in Semarang. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across our projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical design and site execution, ensuring that all infrastructure meets safety standards, building codes, and efficiency requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily MEP installation activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless project workflow and timeline management.
- Interpret and translate complex engineering drawings and blueprints into actionable work instructions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential technical issues or safety hazards.
- Prepare accurate progress reports, material usage logs, and performance updates for project management.
- Ensure all MEP systems are tested, commissioned, and documented according to company standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations throughout all site operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in MEP supervision or facility maintenance.
- Deep understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing infrastructure.
- Proficiency in reading and analyzing technical engineering drawings (CAD proficiency is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced project setting.
