Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of complex MEP programs from conceptual design through to construction and commissioning.
- Manage multidisciplinary project teams to ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement robust risk management, governance, and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and project success.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and design consultants to streamline workflows and optimize engineering outcomes.
- Champion safety and sustainability initiatives across all program phases.
- Drive continuous improvement through the integration of digital engineering and innovative construction technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related field.
- Professional certification (PE, PMP, or equivalent) is highly regarded.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in MEP engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or programme lead capacity.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-value infrastructure or commercial projects in the Singapore market.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in BIM, Revit, and project management software suites.
