In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for medium to complex construction projects.
The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between engineering teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring that all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems are integrated seamlessly and according to technical specifications. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency from project initiation through to final handover. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire MEP project lifecycle, from initial planning and scheduling to final project closeout.
- Coordinate with engineering teams and sub-contractors to ensure technical designs meet project requirements.
- Monitor site progress to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage project documentation, including technical reports, progress updates, and budget tracking.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical bottlenecks promptly.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage resource allocation and procurement requirements for multiple concurrent projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP project coordination within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, MEP standards, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and sub-contractors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly regarding MEP system troubleshooting.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English for professional reporting.
