Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all MEP aspects of assigned projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Review and interpret MEP designs, specifications, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Supervise on-site MEP installation activities, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and maintain schedules.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and commissioning records.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems, ensuring operational readiness and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with local regulations, industry best practices, and PT SECM Tech Indonesia's quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as an MEP Project Engineer, preferably within the data center, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of local and international MEP codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., SNI, NFPA, ASHRAE).
- Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical and operational challenges.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is a plus.
