Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the complete MEP scope of large-scale construction projects in Jakarta Raya, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Develop and monitor detailed MEP project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with design consultants to review MEP drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance and constructability.
- Manage the procurement process for MEP materials, equipment, and subcontractor packages.
- Supervise MEP installation teams and subcontractors to ensure strict adherence to project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings; prepare and present comprehensive status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks; implement value engineering solutions to optimize project costs without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure all MEP works comply with Indonesian national standards (SNI), local building codes, and contractual requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field. A Master's degree is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in MEP project management within the construction industry (contractor background preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex MEP projects, such as high-rise buildings, commercial complexes, or industrial facilities.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, safety standards (K3), and contract law.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and BIM tools (AutoCAD MEP, Revit).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Certified MEP Engineer) are strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
