PT Cahaya Teknindo Maju Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented MEP Project Manager to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in construction management, capable of navigating complex project environments. You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, contractors, and relevant authorities, ensuring seamless coordination and regulatory compliance across all site activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive MEP project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, consultants, and relevant government authorities.
- Monitor site progress daily to ensure all MEP installations comply with design specifications and quality standards.
- Manage procurement processes for equipment and materials to ensure cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
- Identify potential project risks, mitigate bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions to keep the project on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections and project status meetings to report on performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and environmental regulations are strictly adhered to by all on-site personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, building codes, and local Indonesian regulatory standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and detail-oriented execution.
