Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee MEP system installations with focus on plumbing and ventilation components
- Guide subcontractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
- Conduct regular quality inspections and prepare detailed compliance reports
- Review engineering drawings and resolve technical discrepancies
- Implement quality control protocols for materials and workmanship
- Collaborate with project managers to address installation issues proactively
- Maintain documentation of quality standards and audit findings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- 3+ years of MEP quality supervision experience
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of local/international MEP standards (SNI, ASHRAE, etc.)
- Experience managing subcontractor relationships and performance
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with Bali's construction regulations and practices
