- Develop comprehensive cost plans and budgets for MEP systems
- Conduct value engineering analyses to optimize costs without compromising quality

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cost management, with at least 3 years in data centre projects
- Professional certification such as RICS, CIOB, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Deep knowledge of MEP systems and their cost implications in data centre environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost estimation software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing budgets for large-scale construction projects
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction industry standards and regulations
