PT Accesstech Super Jaya is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven MEP Site Manager to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations in Cikarang Pusat. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all on-site MEP installation activities to ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.
- Lead and mentor site engineering teams, providing technical guidance to solve complex MEP integration challenges.
- Supervise sub-contractors to ensure work quality, project schedules, and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.
- Manage material procurement and inventory control to minimize waste and ensure timely availability of resources.
- Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to resolve interdisciplinary clashes during construction.
- Maintain detailed daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for project stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in MEP site management, preferably within large-scale construction or industrial projects.
- Deep understanding of local building codes, fire safety standards, and energy efficiency regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex blue prints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large on-site teams and sub-contractors.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera).
