Are you a seasoned construction professional looking for a leadership role in a prestigious development? Oceans Bingin 15 is seeking a highly skilled MEP Site Manager to oversee the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) infrastructure for our upcoming project in Bali. This is a pivotal role where you will manage the technical execution of critical systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and world-class quality standards.
In this position, you will be the technical authority on-site, responsible for bridging the gap between complex engineering designs and on-site reality. You will lead a dedicated team of engineers and technicians, coordinate with various subcontractors, and ensure that all MEP works are delivered on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and direct all MEP activities, including HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and Electrical installations, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications.
- Manage on-site resources, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure high productivity and project milestones are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures immediately.
- Ensure full compliance with local Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international safety regulations at all times.
- Liaise effectively with architects, structural engineers, and project stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and maintain seamless communication.
- Monitor project budgets, track material usage, and prepare detailed progress reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (S1).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in MEP site management, preferably within the hospitality, resort, or high-end residential sector.
- In-depth knowledge of local Indonesian construction regulations, SNI standards, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using construction management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Site Manager Certificate and a valid Indonesian driving license.
