Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial and residential properties
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions for MEP equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate renovation projects and system upgrades
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for maintenance activities
- Ensure adherence to local building codes and environmental regulations
- Manage inventory and procurement of MEP-related materials and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an MEP technician or similar role in property management
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and components
- Certification in MEP engineering or related technical field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid electrical or plumbing certification (where applicable)
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
