Join Pesta Pora Abadi as a MEP Supervisor and lead the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) teams in delivering high-quality construction projects. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to oversee MEP installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and client requirements. As a MEP Supervisor, you will coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and maintain the highest level of workmanship. This role is critical to the success of our projects in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate MEP installation activities on construction sites
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones and delays
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers
- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to on-site challenges
- Inspect and approve completed MEP work
- Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP supervision
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction methods
- Certification in MEP or project management is a plus
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
