Straits Construction is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced MEP Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Tampines West. We are focused on delivering high-quality residential building projects, and we need a skilled professional to oversee our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations on-site. As an MEP Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all MEP systems are installed, tested, and commissioned according to the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day MEP activities on-site, ensuring that works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with the project schedule. You will act as the primary point of contact between the main contractor, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate MEP installation works, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and site labor to ensure work quality meets company standards and project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
- Ensure strict adherence to site safety regulations, safety data sheets (SDS), and safety management plans.
- Manage and document daily site progress, including preparing progress reports and handling site correspondence.
- Coordinate with the project manager and other disciplines to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure all necessary permits and documentation are obtained and maintained on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in MEP supervision, specifically within residential building projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and relevant local building codes.
- Valid CP (Contractor) license is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using project management software and construction documentation tools.
