Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in construction projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate MEP systems into building designs
- Develop detailed designs and technical specifications for MEP systems
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality installation
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings and specifications
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timeline constraints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP systems supervision
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali
- Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Certification in MEP project management is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
